Abstract

The aim of this work is to determine the series resistance (Rs) of solar cells with a transparent SnO2 conductor thin film, which affects directly the conversion efficiency, this is for different oxide thicknesses (d). In this kind of solar cell there is no shadow effect, so we do not need any grid as the transparent conductor oxide acts as a conducting layer.
