Abstract

The paper discusses failure states of a small water power stationsystem with an asynchronous generator with capacity compen-sation. The failures occur during the disconnection of one ortwo phases from the involved transmission line. The studydemonstrates the undesirable voltage changes and the currentoverloads in various phases.
