Abstract

Theauthorspresentmethod0tdetermination of the parameters of the model 1-diodeof the electrical equivalent circuit of a Photovoltaicmodule(PV)deducedfromexperimentalcharacteristics. They establish from the electricalequivalent circuit an analytical expression of themaximum power point (called MPP). The influence ofthe temperature is taken into account in the form of anempirical coefficient. The later is calculated from thevariation of the open circuit voltage (Voc).

A comparison between the analytical and experimentalresults is given for two kinds of amorphous siliciumpanel.
