Abstract

From the perspective of urban economy and new energy and environmental factors, this study constructed a coupled coordination model of new energy and environmental factors and research on The relationship between land use efficiency and economy, and from 2012 to 2022, the panel data of 15 cities in Gansu Province was empiractively studied. According to the research and analysis, the balance of the new energy and environmental factors based on machine learning and Promote the overall development of economic benefits and optimize the energy environment. The research results in the group show that environmental factors can effectively promote the improvement of economic benefits and realize economic structural reform, which is conducive to the green, low-carbon, energy saving and environmental protection of urban development, strengthen urban land planning, and promote the reform and upgrading of urban structure.
