Abstract

The methodology of Three-Links is introduced

in this paper, and Three-Links model in pulp and paper mill

is established based on the research on the energy system

of mills. The method is applied to a coating pulp and paper

  1. The energy consumption of the system of the mill is

reduced and both the energy efficiency and the exergy

efficiency are improved after optimization and retrofitting.

Three-links model help the mill implement the

optimization and retrofitting from the system point of view

and realize the global optimization of energy system

finally.
