The reviewers are selected by the JEB take into account the thematic of the article and the research experience of the members of the JSC.

STEP 3. The reviewers selected have a maximum of 30 days for to review each article, take into account his originality, interest, quality, elaboration, references and objectives/ conclusions and then they can suggest to the JEB reject the article or to be accepted with minor changes.

When the proposal is simply an abstract and it is not enough for to be reviewed two, or the three, JSC members will send a message to the JEB that, in a couple of days, wil send a letter of the responsible author requesting for a provisional full article.

STEP 4. The JEB will send, in one or two days, to the responsible author of the article provisionally accepted by almost two, of the three, reviewers, without any mention about the name of the reviewers, all the remarks and considerations for to improve the article, and then the authors have 20 days for to improve it and send it again to the JEB for a second review.

When the proposal is an extended abstract then two, or the three, JEB members that has reviewed it can propose to the JEB reject it because the content has not too much interest. On the other side, if the proposal has interest they will send a message to the JEB that, in one or two days, will send a letter to the responsible author requesting for a provisional full article for a second review.

If the article is rejected by two, or the three, selected reviewers the JEB reject it and, in a few days, will send a rejection letter to the responsible author with all the comments of the reviewers, but without any mention about the name of the reviewers.

STEP 5. The JEB will send, in one or two days, the improved article to the same three selected reviewers and then they have 15 days for to review it again and send to the JEB their comments and proposals about to accept or reject the article. If almost two of the reviewers accept the article then it will be accepted by the JEB who, in one or two days, will send an acceptance letter to the responsible author. If it is not, the JEB will send a rejection letter.
